The sport trend has remained relevant for several years. It doesn't matter what exactly a person does: if he enjoys what he is doing, it will definitely benefit him.
Table tennis can hardly be attributed to popular sports disciplines: the same tennis has always been much more interesting. However, this does not mean that table tennis lacks strengths. On the contrary, it is a very versatile discipline that allows the player to develop several aspects of their body at once. Plus, this sport is available to each of us: you just have to have rackets and a ball with you, and there are tennis tables in every yard. The only problem is that in Ukraine very few people pay enough attention to this sport, and only a few can produce truly high-quality training of future athletes.
But everything has changed, and now everyone can easily learn the skills of playing table tennis in the «Sport» club together with an experienced coach Valeria Stepanovskaya. The «Sport» club prepares and teaches table tennis for all comers. Regardless of whether you are an advanced player or a beginner, the Sport Club coach will be your training partner. All classes are conducted individually, by appointment with a trainer.
From the very first lessons, you will feel positive changes in the work of your body. Constant observation of the tennis ball helps to relax the eye muscles, fatigue subsides and vision gradually improves. In addition, due to the high intensity during training, the body burns a huge amount of energy, which means that table tennis is perfect for losing weight. Do not forget about the development of reaction speed and acceleration of thinking during the game. The player must constantly monitor the ball and prevent the opponent from scoring, because of which his gaze must be focused on the playing table to repel attacks.
Games are held in a specially equipped hall: TIBHAR Smash 28/R tables, Taraflex tennis playing flooring, air conditioning, ventilation system, showers, table tennis cannon.
Trainer
The coach of the «Sport» club is Valeria Stepanovskaya. She is an international master of sports in table tennis and a two-time European champion as part of the Ukrainian national team. She conducts all classes and will find an individual approach to each client. Valeria will help you choose equipment for training and develop an individual training program to develop the skills of the wards and help them master the technique of playing table tennis. From the very first lessons you will feel the changes, and the acquired skills will only improve.
